The "contact is for" field in the contact form on a website is populated with club officials who have an email
address assigned to them.
You can add club officials by going to the
admin area, and under the members heading you will find a link "Club
officials", you can then setup the club officials. You must have
already added someone as a member to make them an official, you can
then have as many positions as required.
On the contact form the name
of the person, and their position within the club will be displayed,
this should enable visitors to your website to get in touch with the
appropriate person.
Club officials are only displayed in the list if an email address has been configured on the system for them, no point in listing someone who can't be contacted!
