We experienced an issue with email delivery due to one of the DNS servers failing, this meant that our email servers could not identify where to correctly send email messages. This has now been resolved, any email messages that were waiting to be sent, will automatically come through now.

We are currently experiencing an issue with our email delivery. Email address are not been correctly resolved by our DNS server, as a result most emails are failing to be delivered. We are working on a resolution to this issue and hope to have a solution in place as soon as possible.

We are making a major upgrade to our systems that will result in some periods of downtime. The maintenance window is 1:30pm to 8pm on Sunday 6th June. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this, this work is necessary for us to increase our capacity, and ensure continued high performance.
